What do I mean by ‘right before your very eyes’?

What you see is a major influencing factor… in fact, it sets the stage for how you feel and what you feel and subsequently think.

Think about it, look around you. What does your personal space, your room, your closet, your wardrobe, even your office, and take note about what and how each of these spaces reveals about you, your mood, your perspective and your current reality.

What my point is here is that your life is a mirror reflection of what you are surrounding by, and with. Both all the things, the people, the colors, the light, the very air has major influencing factors that impact all of your life.

What I provide in taking the time to walk through your living environment as a reflection, is for you to see how important your environment is to the overall effectiveness of your life situation and outcomes.

With over 40 years as an interior designer, a life coach, a real estate consultant my role is to help you create a space that is both nurturing and healing. Our core desire is to be healthy first, in order to take care of ourselves in order to be able to care for those around us.

Life is all about being well. Well-being is our core natural state. In order to come fully to life our purpose is to find that inner core sense of well being.
